Where is the service performed?
All work is performed in our office. We can send a courier free of charge (service area is limited) to pick up and deliver your documents.
Can you speak on my behalf with a vendor?
Yes. With a letter of authorization the process is easy.
We pay bills more than twice a month. Is that something you would accommodate?
Yes. Give us your desired payment schedule. We have the ability to pay your bills once a day, week or month. We can also enter your invoices daily or on your preferred schedule.
Who authorizes payment to vendors on invoices?
We issue you the report of bills due, and you authorize payment.
Can you process my billing for me?
Yes. We process all types of accounts receivable billings from AIA (American Institute of Architects) to standard. They can be electronically filed or mailed.
If a customer’s bill is overdue, will you perform collections?
Yes. We can track a customer’s outstanding balance for you and make a courtesy call at your request. We track all telephone correspondence in writing for your records. Monthly statements are also issued to each customer.
Q: Do you deal with payroll taxes or do we have to do that?
Yes. We complete the required reports for you. You are responsible for reviewing and signing the checks and the returns.
Who is responsible for the banking?
D&A can perform this task for you when your checks are mailed to our lock box, or you can perform this task yourself. When the banking is completed we make all entries into the account. We then reconcile your bank statements and provide copies to you for your records.
Can you file my income tax returns?
Yes. We can assist with all of your tax needs – personal and business returns.
